These are not the only areas I work with but they are the areas I absolutely love and specialise in.  They have a special resonance for me, having suffered from anxiety and depression for many years before I found the help I needed and built the skills I now have, skills I can teach you so that you, too, can manage your anxiety and stress, be less overwhelmed and find your confidence again.

I was also an early smoker and gave up many times – I was great at it!, But then found a unique and lasting way to stop and I’ve never looked back.  It’s like I never smoked.

So I don’t just talk the talk , I’ve walked the walk.  And its given me expert insight, skills and knowledge to help you do it too.

Hazel provides powerful get gentle change techniques to help you manage life’s challenges in and out of work. Having grappled with intermittent anxiety which affected me in situations in the workplace but would not have been evident from my confident outer self, hazel help me find techniques to tame this. They help me in any challenging situation – even coming into play in a high pressure job interview to get me a dream job and help me thrive in it. I use my skills of  coaching, positive psychology, CBT, neurolinguistic programming, acceptance commitment therapy and hypnotherapy to make sure you have exactly the right approach for you, to make the lasting changes you really want to make.

We can work face to face in my comfortable therapy room just off the Strand in Central London, Banstead Village or via Zoom from the comfort of your own home or the convenience of your workplace.

 I’ll support you every step of the way.

My support is second to none and my clients appreciate it.  You’ll be supported in between sessions by text, email or laser coaching calls; be given written and recorded instructions for any techniques we use and your very own powerful hypnotic recording to really consolidate the changes you are making.

Hazel was there for me every step of the way. She was totally committed and her enthusiasm and focus was infectious, encouraging me to stick with the programme.
